By: Sára Popovits

In shadows draped, a pallid veil descends, A symphony of languor, where strength transcends. Through sinews' grasp, elusive vigour slips, A cadence of frailty, as vitality eclipsed.

Each sinistral whisper, a haunting refrain, Through veins of weariness, courses the strain. In languished echoes, frailty unfolds, As languor's tendrils in silence molds.

From capillaries to marrow's embrace, A feeble dance, a delicate grace. The timeworn frame, a vessel frail, As languished verses in sickness trail.

Muscles, once robust, now feeble strands, Inertia's grip, a delicate command. A symphony of weakness, a sombre score, As shadows lengthen, strength no more.

The marrow's murmur, a muted plea, As weakness canvasses, unfurls, and sprees. In fevered dreams, an insipid embrace, A dance of lethargy, in shadows' grace.

Yet, within this fragility, a silent power, A resilience that blooms in the darkest hour. For in the verses of ailment, strength's decree, A whisper of healing, an unwavering plea.

So, in languor's lament, a resilience found, As the body weaves a tapestry, healing-bound. With each weakened breath, a resurgence near, A tale of recovery, as shadows disappear. In shadows draped,
